At Bags That Get, we want you to love your new accessory; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. All returned bags must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and protective packaging intact.

Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your bag in its original box.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to the designated carrier at any official drop-off location or schedule a home pickup.
Receive Your Refund
After our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
